"Great family place. Great location. Great staff"

"I booked a king room, get there and they tell me I’m getting a double room. Room key kept quitting. Everyday we’d have to go have it fixed. Boy at counter was rude, and barely spoke English. Room had a smoke smell to it. Toilet seat lid was missing a bolt so it kept going sideways. Place was semi clean and tolerable, but I’d never stay there again. "

"It was nice because it was close to the boardwalk and the beach.. the pool was a little small but the hotel was nice and clean and beds were comfy"

"The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. There was dried blood droplets on the floor outside the door and the curtain inside the room. The front desk staff was hard to reach upon arrival. There continental breakfast was nothing continental very poor breakfast options. "

"Wonderful stay for me and my family. The property is so clean, looks recently renovated, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and you can't beat the location. We continue to visit OC and Crystal Sands is always our first choice to stay! "
