"A basic motel with the basic necessities needed for a one night stay that were all in working order. However, the highlight that stands out was the warm hospitality and friendliness of the owners that greeted me when I checked in. I was provided with a cold bottle of water and snacks and fruit after a long drive from LA. She even made sure my room was in good condition before handing me the key! To me, that shows the good character of the owners and the cleanliness of the property and the rooms...

"You get what you pay for. You get a room and it’s a cheap option. Rooms were fairly clean and small. I didn’t like the sheets and the pillows. Didn’t feel or smell fresh. Refrigerator was loud as heck. I probably won’t be coming back. But it’s definitely a budget option."

"Self check-in. Parking was a bit cramped, but fine for a smaller car like mine. Being a bit paranoid, the window air conditioner worried me. It would be really easy to break in through the window if someone wanted to. Also, you can't close the window because of the AC, therefore it can be a bit noisy because the property is right on 395. "Great location for the shuttle and public transit. Gondola to take you up the mountain. Only downside was that there was no AC in the rooms. It gets extremely stuffy and hot in the rooms, especially in the loft rooms. No windows up there. Should not be an issue in the winter."

"It was terrible and really hope you think twice before booking the hotel and through the app. I drove a long way and arrived at the property, but there was no staff at the front desk and I received no email, text, or app message with check-in instructions during the whole process.That night I attempted to contact the property and app, but no one answered and had to sleep in my car. The property failed to provide the booked accommodation during the process. Now, they refused my refund requestion....
