It’s a worn out motel that has had some repairs and upgrades, but haven’t kept up with the aging process. It did have a clean, comfortable king sized bed and the motel was quiet so we slept well. It stated that they had continental breakfast, but actually they had hard boiled eggs, homemade biscuits and gravy, and a waffle maker in addition to cereal and bagels. "

"The hotel was beautiful but tricky to find. It’s actually attached to a hospital. The staff was great, the beds were comfortable, it is extremely clean and the large windows are awesome. I would not recommend the “buffet” breakfast. It is a basic continental breakfast similar to most hotels. The location is pretty close to downtown Sioux Falls. There is a bar with a decent happy hour. "
