"Loved our room here! Very clean, check in was easy. Only things are beds are rather tall and a bit on the hard side. We love firm beds so that was a bonus for us, however not everyone we were traveling with agreed."

"We were in the area just for the weekend. The Indigo was so nice! The roof-top restaurant was great, I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby and we had a great view of the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade from our room! The hotel is centrally located to lots of shopping and other restaurants. Definitely will stay there again!"

"Clean room. Coffee, good selection of teas and hot chocolate available in lobby 24 hours. Two fire pits to make outdoor seating comfortable in cold weather. Staff friendly and helpful. "
