"The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. "Beautiful view from my top floor room. Room itself was nice but even though recently renovated it’s already starting to show some wear. (Little things like laminated cabinet by door starting to peel.) Not a great neighborhood in terms of places to walk to. Beach is a 45 minute walk even though it looks like you are close by.
