"I have stayed there before and the issue is at the front desk...the first time, the poor woman was by herself at 5pm trying her best to checkin 4 guests
This last time, i inquired what time the morning shuttle would leave GO HOTEL for the 630 am flights...PAL and Cebu both have flughts aporoximately at that time
The evening before my flight, one front desk staff told me 5 am for the shuttle, then, the 2nd staff member told me 530 am
I wrote a review on expedia
Later that night, i received a call from a GO HOTEL manager, apologizing for the confusion
She informed me that it was only a 10 to 15 minute drive from GO Hotel to the airport.
She THEN informed me that shuttle would leave at 430 am
ARE YOU KIDDING ME????
GO HOTEL should be ashamed of the quality and lack of training of their front desk staff!!!
It is not the staff!!!!
It is ownership and upper management!!"
