"The staff was so friendly. The reception staff and the bar/restaurant staff were as nice and friendly and helpful as they could be. Our room was clean, we had signed up for a room with a roll in shower, which we didn’t get, but the room was large and nice and handicap accessible. So my advice would be to call ahead and remind them before you arrive if you need one. We didn’t technically “need” one. I have an autistic child who won’t get into a bathtub even to shower. If your kids love to swim the pools and waterslide are great. "
"The staff here is very knowledgeable and understanding and very hospital love this place only thing I would suggest is to leave the pool and hot up open for longer hours or 24 hours"
"The staff was really nice. Unfortunately the thermostat in our room seems to have been set for 85 degrees. The engineer came to our room very timely and they switched our room quickly when he couldn’t get it to act normal despite it being around 10:00 pm. Nicely done Double Tree. "
"Very pleasant, we ended up staying to avoid a snowstorm, so glad we ended up there. Comfortable, and clean.
Can’t say anything negative. Very friendly staff!"
