Worse still, the deadbolt on the door wasn't even functional; the screws were loose and it didn't connect at the proper spot. I understand that the price for the room was quite low, and so potential guests should revise their expectations. But frankly, the lack of maintenance was shocking."

"This is a clean, well maintained and nicely themed hotel in a safe location in Hamilton. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Baci. That was also nicely designed, clean and good food and service. Wishing we could book another day in June, but that date is fully booked:(."

"Host was. very nice. Room was a little cramped. No counter space. Bathroom sink was very small. Place was very clean. We had to leave by 6 am so we didn’t have time for breakfast."

"Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Found parking garage easily. No problem parking a Honda CRV in the garage. Very convenient location to TD Coliseum(attending Hatsune Miku Concert)…less than 5 min walk. We had a wonderful overnight stay. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in Hamilton."

"Check in was a breeze and the registration desk was decorated in the theme of the concert that was in town. That was fun :) There were cookies on the counter, and supper and breakfast were included. Everything was clean and in good repair. We will definitely stay here again!"
