"The hotel is fine. The aircon was great (heatwave when we were there). Good room with a fridge, so in general happy with the room. We didn't go to the spa, so I don't know how that is. "Modern, clean and very comfortable, a great stay in a recently built hotel. Excellent location for exploring Gloucester. Breakfast a little inconsistent- not good first morning, far better the next day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again- the rooftop terrace was great!"

"Breakfast very poor both days Closed the outside seating area (30d) and restaurant for a private party,they should think about the people staying in hotel o they did not.
