"Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was staying there for the Ironman70.3 race and had to leave early that morning so the staff made several breakfast baggies for the racers to grab on way out. Friendliest staff for a hotel that I’ve been to. Huge room and great shower"

"The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell."

"No ice machines in the entire hotel. Bathroom was tiny and the sink never shut off, just dripped all night. Air conditioner was insanely loud. Overall condition was just old and run down. Breakfast was a joke and didn’t feel safe eating anything."

"This stay was a little disappointing, but we may give this place another try. The internet was out, which meant no TV, but we actually did get a few channels. Our assigned room had a lingering scent of a non-tobacco product, but we were eventually switched to another room even though they were at capacity. The pool looked great, but we didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast was good. This stay wasn’t stellar, but the bed was comfortable so we may give it another try in the future."

"I loved this hotel. Very clean. The gentleman that checked me in was wonderful. Very kind and patient despite a large tour group that had just arrived via tour bus. The layout of the room is convenient and efficient. I love the hooks instead of a closet. Wish other hotels would do this. Breakfast area was clean and good selection of food. Would recommend and and would stay here again."

"The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there. I finally got back to sleep,...

"We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around."
