Nice hotel. First time staying there. Check-in was 4pm, we got there at 3:50 and we're told the room was not ready but we would be ready in 10 minutes and to come back up and check. We went back at 4:00 and we're told the room still wasn't ready and it would be 30 minutes then. We left to go to our venue and would check in after our event. The hotel front desk person called us at 4:57 p.m. and told us our room was ready. That was disappointing and unfortunately made for a bad first impression. When we checked in, the staff person was helpful and apologetic and gave us two free drink coins.

This is a nice property. Very clean and maintained well. My only issue is that is can be hard to spot if you are not from the area (basically inside of a parking ramp). Took a bit to figure that out but otherwise it’s in a nice area that has a lot of walkable options for dining and shopping and staff was very nice.
