The grounds and main property are lovely, and the staff were generally pleasant, but unfortunately the room and overall experience were very disappointing. Our room faced directly onto a flat roof, fencing and overgrown vegetation, which made it feel enclosed. I asked to move on the first day but was told there were no rooms available because the hotel was fully booked due to a wedding. The room then became extremely hot overnight. There was no...

"Lovely hotel within walking distance of Brandshatch circuit. A big shout out to Sam who decorated the room for my partners birthday. Also thank you to the staff for upgrading us. We had an enjoyable stay and will be returning on our next visit to Brandshatch Circuit."
