"Very nice resort, clean room. Located in a beautiful town, near the lake and mountains. Close to train station so it was convenient for us. Unfortunately the reception staff is not friendly and welcoming. You literally have to beg for any information. No smiling no desire to communicate. Seems they are suffering at work and hate what they do. Resort is super nice but people cold and rude. "

"Perfeito esse Hotel. Na beira do lago de Grundisee. Os apartamentos são confortaveis com cozinha. Equipe bem prestativa. Pena que fiquei somente 2 noites"
