"The hotel was super clean and smelled nice! They gave me a 1 free drink pass upon checkin. They also gave me unlimited free water too! The staff was so friendly and informative. There were free umbrellas by the door to use when you go out too. Lots of free toiletries and rentable pajamas! They cleaned the room very well. No complaints whatsoever."

"Only issue was the frequency the rooms were cleaned and the no tattoos policy for the Onsen - however neither of these is a surprise"

"Basic, clean, stay in a nice, somewhat more chill part of Shibuya. Rooms were okay, hotel itself is a bit dated and dark. Coffee machine didn't work. Overall worth the price."
