"The staff were awesome. Everyone we had contact with was polite, friendly, helpful. The air conditioning was plenty cool enough. The hotel is a 2 minute slow walk from the train station but we never heard 1 single train the whole time we were there. The room was VERY quiet. From the station to Stockholm City to 10 minutes on the train and they have 24, 48, 72 hour etc etc passes which are great because they are good for the buses and metro as well. Just outside the hotel are a couple of restaurants and a store for food etc which was handy. There is tea, coffee, kettle and decent size coffee mugs in the room as well as a fridge which was great. The only thing that would be helpful is a microwave. We love oatmeal for breakfast which is not a European thing but with a microwave, we could have made our oatmeal. The shower was fantastic... plenty of hot water and a choice of 2 shower heads, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I would definitely stay here again."

"Property is located close to public transport (bus and metro). Thus, it is very easy to commute to the city centre (about 15 min commuting). Room was very comfortable and spacious. Room was serviced daily. Staff at reception was very helpful and works 24h. We’ll stay again in it when visiting Stockholm."

"Room was only cleaned once in 8 day stay and it was cleaned on day 2 or 3. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Not much on site parking. Like only 5 spaces. Paid parking available across the street. It was a nice place to stay over all."
