Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful at all times.
Check in and check out was smooth and they even looked after my luggage whilst I went out after checking out. The room was clean, comfy bed and good shower.
The only real downside is that I explicitly put a do not clean sign on my door so that the cleaners wouldn't wake me up and...

"The room itself is simple, but nicely furnished. The desk is small, but guests can work and help themselves in the lobby lounge (24Hrs). The soundproofing in the room is better than comparable lodging places. I did not expect this to be a favorite place (in a quieter part of Amsterdam, thank goodness!)."
