"The breakfast and the staff was okay. That's about it. When we got to our room we noticed that the entire bathroom was not cleaned. the shower had grime and hairs everywhere . The bathroom had feces in the toilet and no towels. I went downstairs to complain and ask for another room and they said all the rooms were booked, even thought I was looking at cards along side the desk for incoming customers. They stated that they didn't have any towels left. How crazy is that? Unfortunately, all hotels were booked that weekend. So we ended up improvising with the bathroom guess who had no hot water? You guessed it. Next day went to use the lobby bathroom and it was disgusting. Someone poured the bulk soap all over the bathroom, trash was pouting out of the basket. and each rest room was filthy. I just walked out. Went to the desk very early to get towels this time and they stated they were washing. Went back an hour later and they said there was only 2 face towels and dry towels and it was 5 of us. smh. Needless to say we will never be back, they never cleaned our room, they never gave us hot water. There was no resolve at all. I reached ou to the general manager and he never responded."
