"I have been staying at this hotel since 2017 and it’s always amazing. The staff is so helpful and respectful. The place is always super clean. The breakfast is good. The bed very comfortable. "

"The room was…interesting..the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was random hairs on the bed and random stains on the mattress god knows what those stains were, the pool towel were gross, the only thing that was good really was the staff, but book elsewhere "

"Floor in room was filthy - our feet were sticking to it and it smelled like stale urine. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was very little left on the roll. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - luckily my husband had the air mattress. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean the floor before sitting it up but they were locked up so he used wet towels to wipe it down. The shower had no where to place toiletries and there were no hooks to hang towels, or clothes for that matter. "

"We would not stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the property did not appear very clean. The pool was green, and on Saturday night there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell. The staff was friendly during check-in, which we appreciated, but overall the cleanliness and environment were disappointing."
