"Hotel nearby grand central area with a lot of homeless. Smell weeds at the entrances. No customers service. Front of the hotel darkness and scary at night. Room is smelled old and poor of hygiene. I don’t want to recommend anyone stay at this hotel because they’ve not maintained their brand."

"Location is perfect for events at or near Madison Square Gardens. The staff varied drastically in friendliness and helpfullness. The hotel while still has it's vintage character needs repairs.
