"This hotel room had a lot of damage to furnishings. The sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The floor had some type of white construction looking debris. It would of only took a few seconds to sweep that and clean it up before putting someone in the room. It also had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke so we were unable to stay due to asthma. "Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...

"Hot shower, clean and comfortable beds. Staff made up my bed and replaced towels daily. Quiet location and neighborhood. Good bargain.
