"A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, "

"I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! "

"Everything was great except i reserved and paid for a king bed room. To only recieve a double bed room. Hotel staff said it was cause i booked thru a thrid party "expedia." Main reason i chose hyatt was due to the room layout."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our truck had a Dead battery and this awesome young lady who works there came over to us and offered to help. Her husband was there to pick her up and he was able to jump start our truck. They were both awesome. Sorry I can't remember her name but we are very grateful for their help. "

"Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. Our server, Tennessee, was the sweetest most pleasant person we’ve ever met. She made our mornings very enjoyable. And Aaron, another staff member, seemed to always be there, and we observed him helping all of his coworkers. He couldn’t do enough for guests either. "The breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt, REAL butter, etc. We were so satisfied with breakfast, we were able to skip lunch. The bed was comfy and we had both soft and firm pillows on the bed to choose from. The bedroom and bathroom both were very large. The indoor pool was fun and hubby enjoyed the workout area. The hotel was located nicely for our visit purpose which was the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The staff,...
