"Highly recommend this hotel!! I had a wonderful stay, the facilities are so clean and have everything you need including a kitchen with air fryer, microwave and all utensils provided! The room was decorated beautifully and very clean. Check in and check out was extremely smooth and easy to do. I also received multiple messages during my stay to check everything is okay and reassure me I can contact someone if help is needed, which was great peace of mind. "Got there with 3 hot and tired children (long car journey) and my 70 year old mum only to find theyd cancelled our booking. I received no communication of this. My booking and payment had been confirmed. I even received an email the next morning to see how our stay was going and another asking us to rate our stay. We booked through hotels.com and still trying to get to the bottom of what happened. We ended up in a quadruple room in the Travel lodge (at our own expense) this was not the family...

It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed.
