"The hotel is beautiful. The temperature inside the hotel is warm, considering the cold and rainy Edinburgh weather, the people cannot do enough for you, and it’s in a great location. The only problem is outside the hotel, it’s very busy because there’s the train stop right there and the bus stop but you’re centrally located so that is great. "The room was a really good size and spotless clean. Like the little touches like bottled water in the rooms and choices of tea, coffee and hit chocolate. Staff really friendly and nothing was an issue to them. Breakfast was suberb, with good choice and cooked to order rather than buffet "
