"The outside of the building could do with some updating but inside was fine apart
from the dirty and cracked window.
Plenty of kitchen equipment and comfortable seats and bed. Shower room was lovely and towels provided.
Nice garden to sit out and have a drink.
Overall a nice stay."

"Really friendly and efficient team who communicated regularly before and throughout our stay.
Apartment spotless with everything you need.
Tiny niggles - would benefit from additional lighting outside the entrance to the building . Sockets not near the mirrors so not ideal for those who use a hairdryer and straighteners. Bedside lamps weren’t charged but plenty other lightening so not an issue.
These really are tiny niggles and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Edinburgh....

"We loved staying at the foot of the Royal Mile and next to Holyrood. The apartment was very well appointed with beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again."

"I just love staying here! It’s the second time I’ve stayed at the Thistle Suites / Royal Garden Apartments and I have to say: staff at the front desk is just amazing. They’re friendly, welcoming and so helpful every time. The location is very convenient and you get everything you need in a few minutes walk. Plus, you can totally tell they’ve remodeled it AND coffee in the lobby was outstanding! This is totally worth the price. Book it. Thanks for a great stay, ladies, see you soon!"

"Staff was very kind to help us store luggage before check-in as we arrived early. Property was very nice, clean, good location. Could’ve used sheets for the pull out couch and a few extra blankets but otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again."
