"I used this as a base for moving out of my Ex's flat. It was a terrible experience to move out but the staff here was firendly, ameniable, understanding, and so so helpful. They cheered me on, and checked in with me whenever I would get back. My room was just what I needed, good lighting/good curtains when needed, bathroom was spacious considering Edinburgh and the shower pressure was amazing. "It was wonderful! Loved the apt, it was huge!! We stayed in the 4 bedroom apt and there were only 3 of us! So much room, you can sleep 18-20 people in this 2 story apt. The tv satellite wasn't always working and the showers were not the best, seemed like the drains were backed up and needed cleaned so water would over flow. It has a washer but no dryer....no one in the office knew how to work the machine, I had to figure it out on my own :( It was close enough to the Royal Mile, Princess...
