Absolutely disgusting and not what I paid for.
My windowless room was dirty, dingy and even mouldy. There was a used plaster stuck to the sheets, the pillows were stained and there were multiple hairs around that certainly didn’t belong to me.
There was a banging sound from upstairs all night. I called the staff member to come and hear it and he said “it’s not that bad, maybe you can use earplugs”
I shouldn’t have to use earplugs. Honestly, I wish I had stayed in one of those little pod beds in a hostel.
It was supposed to be a double bed but it was two singles pushed together. Something I found out when I fell through the middle of them during the night.
The bathroom was filthy, other people’s trash was still in the room and the shower head couldn’t stay in position, meaning I had to sit down to shower.
The absolute temerity of them to charge what they do is a nonsense. Avoid, avoid, avoid
