Fortunately no tornado in Edmond, but there were some in the area. Your hotel instruction sheet did not include storm instructions. In Tornado Alley that could be very helpful."

It had a sign that it was temporarily closed and would be open in a couple of hours, but it was never open and the sign stayed on the door during our entire stay. The breakfast was not very good either. Very limited options. It was, however, a nice quiet hotel."

"So mostly it was a great stay except the pool smelled a little like mildew. The Jacuzzi tub in our first room was broken in the fact the cold water was not working. But General Manager was very happy to help us and move us to another room. Other than that everything else was great."

The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. "Very disappointing stay. The room we were given was in terrible condition—the bed was dirty and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The staff didn’t greet us or make us feel welcome, which made for a poor first impression. Breakfast was also disappointing, with no vegan options available. Overall, I expected much better and would not recommend staying here."

"This hotel deserves a negative rating. Stay at one of the other hotels nearby! 1. I booked through Expedia. It was a Sunday through Saturday for my daughter to work in OKC that week. I made a mistake and booked the wrong week. I called and asked them to switch weeks. Long story short, the hotel refused a refund request because they said I CANCELED the reservation even though I just wanted it changed.
