"It’s an older hotel, but the room was kept very clean. The staff were neither good nor bad—they weren't particularly friendly or smiling, just very businesslike, though they were efficient. I was shocked to find there was no hairdryer in the room, especially since they told me they had to "look for a spare." I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a hairdryer in every room. Also, for some reason, the fridge had been pulled out from its usual spot and wouldn't work even when plugged in. Since we arrived late and were exhausted, we just decided to give up and accept it for what it was."
