"We stayed for a night before and after our week long holiday. Easy to get a parking pass for the week for a good price. Breakfast was amazing the first night, but the second week was not good at all. It was cold and not a lot of selection. The hotel has reached out to apologize and say that they will talk to their team, but nothing else was offered. Room was clean, and the hotel was spotless as well. They had complimentary coffee and tea and water that was always hot and fresh (even at 12am)....

"Staff were excellent! Friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out were very quick and efficient. The room was clean and nice smelling, bed was comfortable and floor was quiet. I visited the Eclipse lounge for an after dinner snack and cocktail and then again in the morning for a quick bite for breakfast. It was pretty decent. I needed a ride to airport in the morning and it was a seamless transition; from check out to boarding shuttle bus - staff even offered to help with taking my luggage...

The property has smart tv’s. Bring your Netflix and Paramount passwords. It would have been helpful if they would have told us Pluto was free. We had to search a bit to get local news.
The room was large, updated and clean. The fireplace was a nice ambiance."
