Unfortunately, our experience was a non-pleasant one. The mini fridge in the room was broken and dirty. There was a left-over used sponge left on the kitchen counter. We could hear a dog hauling all night from the room above, and the next morning when trying to shower, there wasn't hot water. All these was reported to the front desk from the moment we arrived, I requested to move to another room, but the lady at the front desk replied they were at capacity. When calling them know about the lack of hot water, I was asked to try turning the shower handle the "opposite" way as some showers had them the opposite way, or to keep the water running for 10 to 15 minutes! The water wouldn't get warm and considering we had to be at our appointment soon there wasn't time for us to wait any longer so therefore, we took a cold shower. At the checkout, I expressed all facts and requested for a refund for the night. to what the front desk attendee said I should contact Expedia directly. When addressing the cold-water situation, we saw someone from maintenance coming out from the elevator, nodding in silence to him. Then I was asked to go back to the room and check the water with both of them. When asking some of the customers at check out if they had encountered issued with the hot water themselves, a couple of them said, yes. The front desk employee was rude, careless and made some racist remarks. Terrible experience. I deserve a refund for.
