"The rooms at the Madonna are always interesting. The pool is great, the hot tubs are great, the food is delicious as well (you have to try the cake if you haven’t). The only issue we had was at night we walked around just to look at the dining area and see the bathrooms everyone talks about. As we walked in, 2 waitresses and a host were leaned up against the counter talking, one waitress looked over at us, rolled her eyes, said “you’re gonna have to hurry up.. bye-bye now… bye-bye” mind you,...

"Lovely room with fantastic view of entire Pismo Beach facing the pier. Binoculars in room. Nice balcony. Quiet, but for welcomed ocean sounds. Lots of breakfast choices, quick room cleaning, friendly staff Only problem...the elevator was not always working. It was a long haul up to the 3rd floor! Great restaurant next door with a 10% discount with your stay. (Ventana Grill)"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, and felt updated. We struggled with working our air conditioning unit, leaving the room warm and humid at times. However, overall it was a great stay and within walking distance of all the shopping and dining places.
