"Breakfast was good, location was terrible, the photos showed it was just meters away from the beach, but it was far, and we had to cross the highway to get there. Price was high for what they offered.
Staff were friendly and helpful."
"After an initial booking problem, the hotel owner Mr Doğan and hotel manager Mr Açıkgöz did their best to accommodate us and provided an interim solution for the first night and two nice rooms for the second.
The hotel facilities are great for families and the private beach at the lake is perfect for a morning swim. Great sunset views for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Would come back again if we were to stay in Van."
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious. Cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast were okay, but below what I’d expect from a five-star hotel."
