"There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit. "

"I do not recommend this hotel at all. The cleanliness is terrible, and that’s the most basic thing you expect from a place you’re staying at. From the moment we walked in, the floor was sticky and dirty—it felt completely neglected. The bathroom was simply disgusting: the sink had built-up grime, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. "Stay away from this property, had to wait outside this hotel holding bags for more than 20mins because their lobby is closed off, front desk agent didn't welcome us only words she said was ID and sign here, not welcoming at all no directions to the elevators, elevator was extremely dirty, the room was not well prepared, the shower/tub area had a few hairs, only had 2 towels to use, very disappointed in this place"

"The lights didn’t work in our room #230. There weren't any working lights in the bathroom. We got in late the first night so we used our phones to use the bathroom. The next morning we informed the front desk and let them know that we would need the lights to take a shower. We returned hours later and the lights still weren’t working. "
