"Clean room, pleasant staff "

"I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved. The room was dirty, the bed was unmade, towels in the floor. They couldn't move me anywhere without down grading my reservation. I had to wait an additional hour and a half. I was super...

"The breakfast was great. They have lots of options and it is much better than the Holiday Inn that we stayed at last weekend in San Diego. They only do housekeeping every 2 days but the attendants are always around to replace towels, etc. if needed between days. We have stayed here many times before and the shuttle to the airport is great. This time we didn't need to use it."

I called beforehand and they said they had a charging area, but found it was only a standard 110v wall outlet. Would take three days to charge on that. But the hotel was a great value other than that. Charged at a hotel down the street. "
