Our hotel utilizes an pool chemical automation system that continuously monitors and delivers the right amount of chemicals. We do apologize about the chemical imbalance and do have our maintenance team looking at our logs to see what may have happened and how we can improve our system. Our local pest control company is contracted by our hotel to serve us monthly and will be coming out to take a look at your guestroom as well to ensure that any bugs have been eliminated.
