"We came to the hotel because it had a/c but it wasn’t working well so it was only tepid. I was told the restaurant was open until 9 only to find out only ice cream is available after 8:00 pm. The staff did try to help and the breakfast was great!"

"Check in process did not go well and people at front desk did not seem overly friendly unless you spoke german. Housekeeping has a lot to be desired. We asked for our room to be cleaned. We got some new towels and the bedspreads were straightened out. No vacuuming, no wash cloths no clean glasses. ..."
