"Very welcoming front desk staff. The rooms are spacious with many options for storing your clothes, closet, armoire etc. We loved having a separate living room space with a second tv."

"This was our first time staying at Pine Grove Resort and it didn't disappoint! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - including the king size bed. Loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom - nicely updated. Loved the balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water. Indoor pool and hot tub were great - especially since it rained while we stayed there! Plenty of room in each; and area around it was spacious and clean. The wine tasting Happy Hour was a bonus! They had a continental breakfast included, which was a plus, and was adequate. Staff was really cheerful and friendly, greeted us with a "Hello" and a smile, and always busy keeping the windows and floors clean, or constantly checking to see if everything was ok. Really impressive! I would definitely stay there again!"

"We had a wonderful room, 1 bedroom suite, with patio looking over the Michigan Lake. The maid service wasn't automatically done each day but if you needed something you could call them 24/7. We had plenty of everything, so we had no need to contact them. Very clean room. We did have a little problem with our check in; our key didn't work and when we went back to the front desk, they said they had given us the wrong room. So, they gave us keys for the new room, but when we went there and walked in, we were greeted by people who were staying in that room. It was very embarrassing for all of us, but the people were very understanding. Went back to the front desk, and found the first room they gave us was the correct room but the lady at the desk had the other room on her mind and set up the key for that room, (The room which was already occupied,) We finally got into our room and everything was wonderful after that."

"Staff were helpful and friendly, answered all of my many questions. They were available throughout the day. Room was clean upon arrival. We were given a briefing of the property at check-in and a listing of things to do in the surrounding area. The outdoor grills also worked well. We have stayed at this resort each of the 3 times that my family has gone to Door County since 2018 and it has always been extremely pleasant."

"Everything about this Lodge was perfect. It is cozy. Family-run by people who were actively trying to please from check-in to check-out. Amenities were well-thought out, perfectly maintained and exactly what vacationing people need to enjoy their precious days. Loved, loved the fire pits, games, pool, hot tub, fitness room, corn hole, shuttle to Sister Bay and ESPECIALLY the amazing voice of Laney Zacek. If you can be there when she performs...do it."
