The Concierge, Brian, arranged our transportation from the airport, via email, while we were still in California, and rebooked it several times because we had so many flight delays and cancellations. He also arranged a tour of Amsterdam that was fantastic. Then when my daughter needed medical attention, he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly and caring. Couldn’t ask for more."
