"Definitely a peaceful area to be in. But"

"Bed was comfy,Room was clean,and the staff was excellent Ryan was so helpful and nice.Only complaint I have was the water in the shower didn’t get very hot.Would for sure stay again."

"Room was very clean, thermostat allowed whatever temperature you wanted, staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was free and good, and there was ample parking."

"The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested."

"Good location. Polite and friendly staff. Food stains on wall by dining table in room. Carpet in room was wet in front of AC and window and for about 8' into the room. Reported to front desk. She called someone and told me that she was told it is from the windows. That means they knew it was an issue and rented it anyway. No offer to change room."

"I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed."

"The air was out in the hallways. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke a few times. Staff was amazing, but the facility is definitely lacking compared to when I stayed last year."

"This was a nice place with a very comfortable bed. A nice setup with a small living area and a separate bedroom area. I liked the jack and Jill bathroom with entrances from living and bedroom areas. Also had very good sound proofing."

"The well equipped kitchenette provides microwave, 2 electric range tops & a spacious apartment fridge including ice maker plus a separate sink & paper towels all well designed & out of the way for a useful food preparation area; As usual Anna was friendly & efficient on checkin & Ace handled checkout smoothly with a courteous attitude."

"I know sometimes you can’t help it, but there were ants. They bit me and my fiend all night. I checked For bed bugs and it was not it. It was ants. The shower still had hair in the shower from previous people who had the room. Staff was good and tried to help. It wasn’t their fault. I was Going to stay two nights but I left And they didn’t charge me for the night I left."

"Hotel was great actually just really disappointed about the swimming pool being out of order as that was the sole purpose of booking this particular hotel"

"Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that."

"We were traveling and after a long day with 4 littles we stopped at this hotel; The fist room was littered in garbage. It had a musky smell. The TV was broken and would not turn on , even with pushing the button on the tv. They put new batteries in the remote and as expected it did not fix the tv. The floors were disgusting. My 9 month old found trash on the floor lining the beds that he almost got into his mouth immediately. I went downstairs for a new room. The worker offered us another room,...

"I honestly hate leaving poor reviews, but I don't believe I have ever stayed somewhere quite this bad. The pool smelled terrible, and we ended up not using it. The room was disgusting, the bedspread had very interesting stains, and the mattress cover had huge brown stains all over it. The sheets themselves were clean. Bother the desk chair and the "comfy" chair were also extremely dirty. The towels were stained. The door was missing half of the safety lock, and I had to pick up the entire door...

"My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room."
