"I was hesitant about this “virtual” property. I never stay at budget hotels, but all flights cancelled due to weather so no hotels. I will stay here every time. Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept. "

"This property was not dog-friendly as advertised. My husband was confronted by a staff member accusing our dogs of urinating on the floor, which was later determined not to be the case; the employee was written up for how the situation was handled. We were also placed next to an elevator, which isn’t ideal when traveling with pets. Another employee later claimed our dogs were barking and that “everyone” was complaining, but management confirmed the noise was actually coming from the room above...

"Good location. The room was clean but had wear and tear visible. It included a fridge that did not keep anything cold and was actually relatively hot when you opened the door which worried me a bit. Noisy in the halls - someone had a dog and it kept up up one night and the phone in the room did not work as we tried to figure out the Wifi code (never given to us upon arrival) when the Samsung television broke and rebooted. We never got that issue sorted. There is not parking located at the hotel...

"Due to flight cancellations, we were stranded at Tampa and needed accommodations where 2 people could work remotely. "The room was filled with what looked like furniture from a thrift store. All fixtures were rusted, baseboards, and trim were corroded and dirty. The bathroom door was warped. The room door rattled when the wind blew. I called the front desk to get a new room. No one picked up. The only positive is that the sheets smelled like chlorine so we figured the sheets were at least clean. It was definitely one of the worst hotels we ever stayed in. I’m disappointed in Expedia for even listing it."
