"Parking was horrible, had to go 4-5 blocks. Guy at counter said they would credit €2 a day for parking with the receipt. I tried to redeem the credit and he then said I had to buy it from them ahead of time. Total opposite from what he told me at check-in. Rugs were filthy and the curtains in my room looked like they had blood on them. Breakfast was mediocre. During checkout, the same guy was rude."

"I picked this hotel mainly for the proximity to the train station and the fact you can walk from there into the historic centre. This is similar as you would expect to other Ibis type hotels. There was an issue with the air conditioning initially in the room but the staff helped to resolve it. The breakfast had a good range of options, perhaps better than I had expected. It was convenient for exploring Regensburg and also in terms of when arriving from and travelling on to another destination by...
