"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."

"No response to messages through Expedia before arrival. No call back as promised after reaching out by phone. No parking and no follow up to a promise to notify when parking is available. No direct access to beach. Overall a feeling of barely controlled chaos. Awful attitude from reception staff and worse at spa reception. Room itself was great but I wish it were in a different hotel"
