"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "Great hotel in a perfect spot for visiting the castles. The breakfast and dinner were good at the hotel restaurant with lovely views of Neuschwanstein Castle. The parking spot was also great since only paid lots are around. The rooms were comfortable and had nice views."
