9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (23 nhận xét)
"The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. "1. No signage or indication of the location of the hotel, just a tall locked gate.
2. Upon arrival the site manager has no idea what Expedia is and is not prepared to host us, even though paid for.
3. Site manager calls someone else, I believe his son, latter tells me to cancel the Expedia resevation. Advised that it is already paid for on said platform.
4. Major rodent infestetion in the hut. Constant crawling between the roof and ceieling boards at night, sleeping is impossible.

"Geweldig verblijf gehad in Roots Resort. Alles was prima.
Heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamer. Goed dinner en een fantastisch ontbijt.
Ontbijt was anders dan dat we in Georgië gewend waren. Lekkere vers gebakken broodjes en croissants.
Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Onze zoon mocht zelfs proberen de forel te vangen."
