Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. "Overall nice hotel, clean and friendly staff with a good bar and restaurant. Only thing that sucked was the hot water, it worked the first day and partially the 2nd , but my 3rd and 4th days there was no hot water at all in the shower! The pressure barely worked in the shower!"

"Sitting in the airport, waiting for my flight to leave Puerto Plata airport. This was a very good trip. The resort has numerous buildings dotted around the property. They all have 8 units each in them. The buildings are all a bit dated but functional. Our room was clean and cleaned every day. The electrical outlets were sparse.
