"Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first ..."

Could be a fantastic hotel but it feels unsafe. Also needs repainting and the housekeeping was poor, not allowing ..."
