"The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again."

"アチャート駅が目の前、徒歩圏にプラド美術館などがあり、バス・地下鉄も使いやすい。キッチン設備も充実、食洗機や洗濯機があるのも便利。常駐スタッフは10〜17時勤務なので対面でのコミュニケーションは限られるが、時間外はメールで即かつ親切に対応してくれるので心強かった。 1階スタジオタイプの部屋は、すぐ下がカフェでテラス席が深夜まで賑わい、日中もカーテンを開けづらいのは残念だが、それを補ってあまりある利便性と快適さがあった。"

"Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend. "

"Très bien. Hôtel bien situé, en face d'un grand parking (6 euros les 24h, raisonnable donc), à 5 mins à pieds de la plage (qui est au bout de la rue), à 10/15mins du centre et des restaurants, pourvu d'un ascenseur et d'un personnel de sécurité à l'entrée. Piscine agréable et grand balcon !"

"Seguro repetiremos, habitaciones Habana un poco pequeñas para 5 personas, en general hemos estado muy a gusto. La gente muy simpática.La playa muy cerca, bien servicio del hotel con transporte gratuito y un regalo de bienvenida."

"La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Desde sábanas (sangre y pelos) sucias hasta azulejos en el baño con sangre y mal olor paredes con comida (como si alguien hubiera lanzado algo), chicles en el suelo, la cantidad de polvo que había por todas las superficies era increible.. Por lo general los chicos de recepción muy amables salvo uno que parece que le debias algo cada vez que hablabas con él (de hecho puse una reclamación y fue bastante borde). Sigo esperando que vaya la gobernanta a ver el...

"I found the apartments very clean and tidy . And it was in a good location . We were in a 2 bedroom apartment with ensuite. Although The water boiler wasn’t suitable for the 6 of us for showers and a couple of us had to have cold showers as the hot water had run out. "

"El fin de semana ha ido muy bien, cerca de Port Aventura y la localizacion muy buena."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour à Ancora en famille, l’accueil y est super, équipe disponible et souriante. Nous tenions à remercier plus particulièrement ROGER, mes enfants l’ont adoré, en plus il parlait le français. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci!!!"
