"We stayed with the magnificent trees of Costa Rica. Monkeys sometimes visited our patio with butterflies dancing below. The staff was warm, eager to make us feel welcome, prepared yummy local breakfast, and connected us to wonderful tours. It felt like we were in a living painting. We are grateful for all the conservation efforts from the locals so the world can have safe breaths. Gracias. Pura Vida."

"The view from our room was amazing, could not be beat. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Pools were nice but could have been a touch warmer for our liking. Dinner, drinks and breakfast all very good but above all staff and service was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again."

"Property, room, and service were exceptional. Adrian the bartender makes fantastic drinks. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We saw more wildlife on the hotel grounds than in the park. Also got a free upgrade to room with a pool. On the other hand,food was mediocre and the walkways are slippery and felt less than safe in this hilly wet enviorment. "Overall this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but it was definitely over priced for what it was (I do notice that it came down significantly in price since we booked, so maybe they realised that too!)
