"Website did not indicate there was no lift. It said it was great for all ages. Not so! While the young lady at reception carried my suitcase up the many stairs (after I insisted it was impossible for me - I’m 78 years old), there was no help when I was leaving. Room was ok but shower was dangerous. There was a high step to get into it and only a narrow opening. Getting out was particularly dangerous as there was nothing to hold onto while stepping down."

"My room had no ac when it is advertised in the outside of the building ac rooms. I was told it was in the fine print that my room had no ac. It was not. They brought me a fan though. Even though it made ALOT of noise and was taped and screwed together, it helped. My room had flies all in the bathroom. When I turned the cold water on in the shower the pipes knocked like someone was banging in the walls. One night people were banging in my door. Not sure if it was a guest or the staff.
