"Everything was excellent, we were expecting a different room but the hotel reception man was great at making us happy and we ended up with the outdoor space we wanted the next day. Thanks for a lovely stay and the stuff are all excellent."

"Property could have been in a better location, the property we were staying at was at another resort across the road. It took them a while to locate our room. My mum has physical disabilities and we did request easy access room, even though they gave us a room with little stairs it was still a challenge for my mum and also the floors were slippery. Apartment was ok, could have been better but the balcony was with a great view."

Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap. ​The room was poorly maintained. Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. "Very nice clean apartment. Pleasant pools. Helpful staff. Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday."
